Uglies® Kettle Chips are crafted from Upcycled* potatoes with slight imperfections – potatoes that are odd sizes or shapes, have varied colors or sugar content, which fail to meet the beauty standards of some manufacturers. Some might be slightly blemished, and some may just be farmer surplus, but to be clear, the potatoes we use are NOT diseased, rotting or unripe. They’re just a little Ugly and in need of a little extra TLC!

Some chips in the bag may have cosmetic challenges, but they’re all delicious, and beauty is in the eye of the chip holder!

The orphaned spuds we use may be little rough around the edges, but Uglies are more than a great tastin’ snack – we support farmers and help reduce food waste. Plus, a portion of profits is donated to charities to help fight childhood hunger and make the world a better place!
